Policy Statement
Sixfold International Limited (Sixfold) conducts its business honestly, fairly and lawfully. We have zero tolerance of bribery, corruption, facilitation of tax evasion, modern slavery and human trafficking, and we expect the same standards of everyone who works for or with us.
Scope
This policy applies to all directors, employees and associates of Sixfold and to anyone acting on our behalf.
Anti-bribery and corruption
In line with the Bribery Act 2010, no one acting for Sixfold may offer, give, request or accept any bribe or improper advantage, or make facilitation payments. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, proportionate, transparent and never intended to influence a decision; anything other than token items must be approved by a director. This is particularly important in our work supporting public procurement, where we respect the integrity of every procurement process.
Facilitation of tax evasion
In line with the Criminal Finances Act 2017, Sixfold will not facilitate tax evasion by anyone, and will not work with any party we believe to be evading tax.
Modern slavery and human trafficking
Sixfold supports the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are a small professional services company with a short, low-risk supply chain made up mainly of associates, training venues, travel and IT services. We will:
- Pay everyone who works for us fairly and at least the applicable minimum wage
- Check the right to work of anyone we employ
- Use reputable suppliers and act on any concern about forced, bonded or child labour
- Never knowingly work with any organisation involved in modern slavery or human trafficking
Ethical conduct and conflicts of interest
We act with integrity and declare any actual or potential conflict of interest to clients before accepting work. We support the principles of the UN Global Compact on human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with a concern about a breach of this policy should report it to Andy Haigh, Director. Concerns can be raised in confidence and no one will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Breaches may lead to disciplinary or contractual action and will be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
Responsibility
Overall responsibility for this policy rests with Andy Haigh, Director. It is reviewed annually by the Board.
Approved by Andrew Haigh, Director, on behalf of the Board of Sixfold International Limited, 19 October 2026. Next review: October 2027.
