All our coaching is bespoke based on the needs of the business and the individuals being coached. Clear measurable objectives are set and agreed with the coachee’s manager. The coaching is linked to specific activities that the coachee is undertaking with the aim of showing her/him how to achieve the best possible business outcomes.

The number of coaching sessions depends on a case to case basis but generally averages out at around 6 – 8 sessions. Regular three way reviews are carried out between the coach, individual and line manager to ensure objectives are being met.
